All boys learn French with the emphasis being upon speaking and listening to the language.

 

In Y3, 4 and 5 we follow the Jolie Ronde Course using their workbooks as a basis for our teaching.  In Y6 we study a range of themed topics which act as a bridge btween the Junior School and Senior School French Course.

 

The subject is taught by a native speaker in Y3 and Y4.  Members of the Senior School Modern Languages Department deliver the curriculum to Y5 and Y6.
