In December 2006 the Junior School staged a production of "The Tailor of Gloucester”, an enchanting story of an old tailor who sets to work to make a magnificent coat for the mayor of Gloucester's wedding on Christmas morning.  When the tailor falls ill with a fever, the coat is mysteriously completed by secret helpers who leave only one clue to their identity - a tiny note pinned to one unfinished button hole saying “No more twist”.

 

The drama, music, and costumes were terrific and Headmistress, Miss Yardley, thanked everyone for their tremendous efforts in producing a performance of such quality.
