The majority of our drivers have been employed by BSS Coaches for many years. Each driver has extensive experience in transporting commercial clients and school children across the UK and also abroad.

All our coaches are driven by well qualified and experienced drivers who put passenger comfort and safety first. All our drivers have a professional approach and work hard to create a pleasant atmosphere for all our passengers on each coach journey. Each driver liaises closely with the party leader to confirm the group's travel requirements are achieved along with ensuring that the department's high quality standards are maintained.

 

 

The Office

David Horrocks Transport Manager David has been employed by the organisation for over 15 years. He holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in National and International Travel along with a Certificate in First Line Management.

Amy Flood Transport Administrator Amy joined the department in September 2005 after several years experience in Administration. She holds an NVQ Level 2 in Administration and the European Computer Driving Licence. Amy is currently on maternity leave.

Alex Gaskell Temporary Transport Administrator Alex joined the department in April 2007 to cover maternity leave for Amy. He has several years experience of administration roles. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters Degree.

Our Drivers

All drivers hold PCV licences, an NVQ in advanced and defensive driving along with qualifications in First Aid.
