Lifelong friendships are formed at Bolton School and former students remember their days here with great affection. Consequently, active membership of our Old Boys' and Old Girls' Associations is on the increase.
The School has a history of producing top class scholars and achievers and our former pupils’ network is both illustrious and global. Household names include Sir Ian McKellen, Nigel Short, Monica Ali, Baroness Taylor of Bolton, the Nobel Prize Winner Sir Harry Kroto, Dame Janet Smith, Baroness Morris of Bolton, Mark Radcliffe and Ralf Little.
Membership of the Associations is free. We will send you mailings to keep you informed of events, reunions, school news and developments and appeals. If you wish to register your details on the database please either fill out the form below, or download the Registration Form at the bottom of the page, and return the form to us.

"Bolton School gave me not just a great formal schooling, but a rounded education which still serves me well. It fostered a love of travel and the wider world which led me into the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and gave me an enduring passion for sport and the outdoors."Adam Noble, Chief Executive of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Wilton Park and a former Deputy Consul-General in Hong Kong |
