In Year 12 pupils are invited to take part in interview skills training, organised by the Careers Department. This is a new initiative in 2006. We are delighted that so many parents of pupils in the school and Old Boys want to get involved in this project. All of them have professional experience of working in selection and recruiting procedures within their own organisations.

 

Prior to the event pupils are asked to compile a CV and these are forwarded to the interviewers for preparation. The mock interview is designed to provide the pupils with a taste of the sorts of challenges that lie ahead and it focuses their minds on the prospect of entering higher education and employment in the near future.
