Boys' Division Year 13 students were treated to a day of financial education from the professionals.  Ten representatives from the Royal Bank of Scotland attended the School and offered six 45 minute sessions covering a range of essential financial topics such as different methods of saving, financial planning, dealing with mortgages and debt.  The day was part of RBS's MoneySense programme which the bank set up to help equip young people with the financial know-how that they will need throughout their lives.

Steve Bunker, Senior Manager at the bank commented: "I’ve been really impressed with the lads.  MoneySense aims to give students a good grasp of everyday financial issues.  I have been impressed by the level of understanding and the depth of the questions from these students.  I can see they have bright futures ahead of them.”
