Bolton School Girls' Division Year 12 (Under 17) Netball Team has won the Greater Manchester Round of the National Schools Senior Tournament (Under 18). They beat Our Lady's School 12 - 6 in the semi final and went onto defeat Oldham Sixth Form College by 10 goals to 3 in the final. They will now play in the North West Regional Round which takes place on the Wirral in January. Ten teams will compete and the top two teams will progress to the national finals.
The team is made up of Sophie Barnett, Harriet Bradley, Olivia Edmondson, Katherine Pilling, Emily Sinclair, Charlotte Brabbin, April Pilling and Sophia Saunders. They are past national champions.
