If you live in the US and would like to make a tax deductable
donation to School, you can by forwarding your donation to the
British Schools and Universities Foundation Inc (BSUF).
This is a charitable organisation recognised by the US Internal
Revenue Service under Section 501 (c) (3) of their Codes. The
BSUF's Federal ID Number is 13-616-1189.
BSUF is a well established Foundation which was formed to allow
US residents to make tax deductable donations to UK educational
institutions.
To make a donation please make cheques payable to BSUF and
forward them to:

With your cheque please enclose a letter
expressing your wish for the donation to be given to Bolton
School.
It is helpful if you inform the Development Office in advance if
you are intending on making a gift to us via BSUF, as the
Foundation does not disclose donor details to School. Providing you
have notified us beforehand, the School will contact you once it
has received your donation and will then keep you updated on the
difference your gift is making.
