Old Boltonians' Rugby Club

All Old Boys are welcome to join the Old Boltonians' Rugby club; a great way to keep in touch with your school team mates and, of course, to keep fit! The Old Boltonians R.U.F.C. has been running for almost 20 years and was formed by Old Boy Robert O'Kane (1984-94) in 1995.

Jack Stables (Ex-staff, Old Boy Honorary) and Clive Nightingale (1973-83) are the current club President and Treasurer respectively.

The club generally plays 4 or 5 games against other local teams each season, scheduled around the university holidays.

Recent fixtures have included Bolton RUFC, Eccles RUFC, Old Thornleighans, Wigan RUFC & Bury RUFC.

If you would like more details about training or forthcoming matches and tournaments, please e-mail Old Boy Jon-Paul Hardman (1982-96) on hardmanjp05@yahoo.co.uk.
