Careers Education is taken very seriously at Bolton School and through interaction with the world of work there are reciprocal benefits for the School and the local community.

  • The School hosts career conventions for Y9 upward
  • Promotes links with the "World of Work" via Y7, Y8 and Y11 work experience days
  • Links continued through Sixth Form work shadowing/work experience sessions
  • Business Dynamics Day for Sixth Form Girls
  • Business Enterprise and Awareness Training weekend for Sixth Form Boys engages with multi-national companies
