Creativity matters to us at Beech House and we provide a rich
variety of visual, tactile and sensory experiences to enable our
children to develop their talents. They learn about colour, form,
texture and patterns as well as exploring the work of artists,
designers and craftspeople. Links are made to many areas of the
curriculum.
Art is well resourced with many different materials and tools
available to complete 2D and 3D projects either individually or in
groups. Access to the junior ICT suite enables the children to
carry out research and produce art work using computers. Digital
cameras are also used.
All children's art work is celebrated through display, with
regular opportunities for parents to view it.
