Beech House Parents' Association presented a cheque for £2, 000
to Debbie Dowie, founder of the charity Boot Out Breast Cancer.
The money was raised through a Casino Royale themed Summer Ball,
where Beech House parents celebrated the end of the academic year
with a glitzy, well-attended event at The Platinum Suite, The De
Vere Whites Hotel at the Reebok Stadium. Funds were raised on the
night through auctioning donated prizes.
Debbie said: "Boot Out Breast Cancer was delighted to be
nominated by Beech House to be chosen charity for their Ball. The
parents and children of Bolton School have been incredibly generous
with both their time and in donations. Thank you to you all"
