Santa Swaps Sleigh for Vintage Bus on Beech House Visit

Thursday, 17 December 2015

Father Christmas swapped his usual sleigh and reindeer for a 1950s bus when he visited children at Beech House on the last day of term. Bolton School’s Infants were hugely excited to board the vintage bus and meet Father Christmas himself.

The interior had been decked out with tinsel and decorations, and Father Christmas was seated at the back with a long list of names and a huge sack of presents. The children climbed aboard in small groups to speak to him, and were delighted to chat with him about how good they have been over the past year and what they were hoping to receive for Christmas.

Father Christmas told the children to eat all their vegetables and be sure not to stay up too late on Christmas Eve before handing over an early gift. Thankfully, no one had ended up on his Naughty List!

This magical experience was a definite highlight to the end of term.
