History in the Junior School follows the breadth of study from the National Curriculum in chronological order from Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece, Invaders and Settlers, through the Tudors, to Victorian Britain, with other study units added as appropriate.
The aim of the work is to strike a balance between having knowledge and understanding of past events and fostering different skills in the methods of enquiry used.
