The Bug Show Comes To Town

Friday, 30 March 2007

The Big Bug Show was greatly enjoyed by several different year groups over the course of the day. Each show lasted about 50-60 minutes and was an interactive session featuring creatures such as snails, cockroaches, millipedes and spiders. Pupils found the sessions offered an excellent introduction to the animals' adaptation, habitats, lifestyles and interaction with man.

Many of the boys delighted in the opportunities to cuddle a cockroach, massage a millipede and tickle a tarantula!
