"Hesketh House (Junior Girls' School) is a magical place of adventure, discovery, learning, friendship and joy. The girls, albeit within a modern, disciplined, hard-working atmosphere, appear each evening as though sprinkled in fairy dust."

Afternoon of Fundraising Fun

Friday, 02 July 2010

Bolton School Junior Girls have been busy raising money for charity with an afternoon of sweet treats! The girls set up stalls for fellow pupils to buy cakes, sweets and cuddly toys, or take part in raffles and competitions, and each decided on a charity to donate their proceeds to.

The girls organised all aspects of running their stalls, including advertising, collecting goods for sale and finally sending the money to their charities. The money raised will benefit a range of Charities including the British Heart Foundation, Barnardos, Water Aid and the RSPCA.
