of dance for future generations.
The pre-school curriculum develops a wide variety of skills such
as :
- Basic movement skills
- Musical awareness
- Expressions and Creativity.
Themed classes encourage class participation, focus and
confidence whilst also making it fun to learn. This curriculum is
appropriate for students between the ages of two and a half - five
years old. These classes are on offer to our Butterfly
children and also available within the Beech House
Infant School.
By facilitaing learning, such a curriculum supports:
- Physical Skills
- Stamina
- Creativity
- Expression
- Musicality
The structured classes prepare our young students for a
successful transition into Ballet and other dance genres at higher
levels. This allows the class and individuals to achieve personal
goals in developing their techniques, confidence and creativity
skills. The ballet lessons give children the opportunity to thrive
and flourish in a rich well developed class, giving children the
opportunities to freely express themselves and be seen as
individuals.
