Boys are U18 Lancashire Golf Champions

Bolton School has won the U18 Lancashire Schools' Golf Association Championships.

The competition, held at Pleasington Golf Club, was open to boys and girls with a handicap of 18 and under.

Year 9 pupil Jamie Kinsley-Wilson won the individual trophy, with an unbelievable score of 65 net which was under par gross. Bolton School won the net score trophy, taking into account Jamie and Year 12 pupil Christian Warner's net scores, and was runners up in the gross category with Jamie and Year 13 pupil Joshua Polding's scores both counting.
