Year 7 Dazzle in Musical Showcase

Year 7 pupils at Bolton School Girls’ Division put on dazzling concert, showcasing the wide range of musical talents in the year.

A number of soloists performed on the night including Isabel Harper and Sian Rowlands on the Clarinet, Hannah Holt on the Piano, Alisa Grundy on the Cornet, and Lucy Rowlands on the Guitar.  Seren Davis gave a solo Saxophone performance, Jacqueline Jones-Humphrey played the French Horn, and Nina Simon played the Violin. The performances concluded with a vocal solo by Ellen Bate.

The Year 7 choir then treated the audience to a Disney Medley performing a number of well known songs including ‘A Whole New World’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘Under the Sea’, and ‘Friend Like Me’.
