Old Boltonians' AFC

Old Boltonians AFC was formed in 1920, since when it has been a member of the Lancashire Football Association and has played in the Lancashire Amateur League - indeed, the club is now next to the oldest in the league. We also claim to play on the oldest football ground still in use in England (and hence the world). Each Saturday we turn out three teams - 1st XI, 2nd XI and A Team representing a varying range of footballing talent. Each Sunday our Veterans side plays in the BSF Over 35's league. Each Sunday our Veterans side plays in the BSF Over 35's league. The aim of the club was, and is, to provide football for all Old Boltonians - and the efforts of the committee and sponsors have continued to make this possible.
