The Primary Division at Bolton School raised lots of money for Children in Need. On Friday, children at the Nursery, Infant School and Junior Schools were invited to come in wearing yellow and Pudsey accessories in exchange for a donation. For Infants and up, these were an accompaniment to the usual uniform, and pupils and staff alike enjoyed bringing some winter sunshine to their classrooms and school corridors with splashes of bright yellow and lots of colourful spots!

The Infants and Junior Girls held special assemblies all about Children in Need and the important work that their donations will fund, and the Junior Girls were invited to bring their teddies into school for the day to join in the fun. The Junior Boys’ assembly also made mention of the occasion, and the boys learned more about the charity’s vital work as part of activities taking place throughout the day.
