Partial Solar Eclipse March 2015

On the 20th of March 2015, pupils were able to view the partial solar eclipse in the skies over Bolton. In partnership with the Ogden Trust, a live cast of the eclipse was set up using the Ogden Trust’s Hydrogen Alpha Solar Telescope on the roof of the School’s Turret Library, and pupils across the Boys' and Girls' Division Junior and Senior Schools enjoyed watching the event unfold.
