County Call-Ups for Lacrosse Players

  • Lancashire Lacrosse U15s
  • Lancashire Lacrosse U18s

A significant number of the Girls’ Division’s lacrosse players have once again been called up to represent their county. Following trials over four weeks, sixteen pupils have been selected for the Under 18 and Under 15 A and B Squads.

Scarlett Amos in Year 13 and Year 11 pupils Milly Hurt, Maddie Kennedy and Asmara Stubley all made it onto the Under 18 A Squad.

Year 10 pupil Arabella Barker-Smith and Year 9 pupil Phoebe Hurt were each selected for both the Under 18 B Squad and the Under 15 A Squad.

Also on the Under 18 B Squad was Abigail Duckworth in Year 10, while Chloe Ferguson in Year 9 joined the Under 15 A Squad.

Selected for the Under 15 B Squad were Year 7 pupil Ella Brophy, who at age 11 is playing up a significant amount, Year 9 pupils Issy Corrigan, Ruby Hill, Eve Gould, Gracie Grundy and Vanessa Wong who was also nominated to Captain of the team, and Year 10 pupils Abigail Hughes and Mia Monsen.
