Beech House Teaches Dog Safety
Wednesday, 02 July 2014
The pupils at Beech House were given a short assembly on dog safety, to remind them how to behave around the animals, particularly those do not know.
The Year 3 pupils is Miss Bevon’s class received a special treat at the end of the day that helped the children use what they had learned in the assembly. They were visited by a puppy belonging to one of their classmates!
The boys and girls were very excited to meet the puppy – and he to meet them! – but nonetheless they behaved sensibly during his time in the classroom. The children were able to stroke the puppy at the end of the visit before saying goodbye.
