The Freshwater Theatre Company came into school to work with all the Year 1 classes at Beech House, Bolton School’s Infant School. The children were whisked back in time to 1666 so that they could explore how the Great Fire of London affected people.

Pupils had a wonderful day and learned all sorts of fascinating facts about the Great Fire, London and the people who lived there in 1666. The theatre company’s visit was a fantastic way of bringing history to life.
