Year 2 children at Beech House enjoyed a day trip to The Maritime Museum in Liverpool to enhance their learning about The Titanic.

Teacher Mrs Clarke recounts: "We had a workshop learning about a family who were on the Titanic and how they were lucky enough to get rescued. We then dressed up to play different characters and learned new facts about this disaster. Then we went onto the ‘Seized’ floor where we learned about what a Customs Officer does for their job. Finally we ended our trip looking at some of the artefacts on the Titanic floor and we particularly enjoyed looking at the plates and cutlery from the ship. We had a super day out!"
