Y1 Learn History Through Drama

Year 1 children at Bolton School Infant School really enjoyed a drama based history workshop from the Freshwater Theatre Company. 

Girls and boys were whisked back in time to 1666 and found out all about the Plague and The Great Fire of London. They met eyewitness Jane, the maid, and found out about the famous diarist Samuel Pepys, exploring events of the time through drama, rhyme, music and dance.
