Second in The World Biathlete Series

On Sunday 17 June Andrew Keat, who is a pupil at Bolton School Boys' Division Junior School, came second in the International World Biathlete Series (Juniors) in Folloncia near Pisa, Italy.

Earlier in the year, Andrew had won the British Schools' Year 6 Championship.  In Italy, he was part of the Great Britain team and his event was a continuous 500m run along the promenade, a 50m swim in the sea and then a final 500m run.
