"The classic Bolton School combination is hard work, good friends, challenging and thought-provoking teaching, a healthy desire to puncture the self-important and the sense that you can work hard to achieve things in life. "

Entrepreneurship of Girls Benefits Charities

Monday, 09 July 2012

Bolton School Junior Girls have been busy raising money for charity with an afternoon of sweet treats! The girls set up stalls for fellow pupils to buy cakes, sweets and cuddly toys, or take part in raffles and competitions, and each decided on a charity to donate their proceeds to.

The girls organised all aspects of running their stalls, including advertising, collecting goods for sale and finally sending the money to their charities. The money raised will benefit a range of charities chosen by the girls.
