Fleur Oxley-Harrison, a Y5 pupil in the Girls’ Junior School at Bolton School, has made it through to the Junior National Dressage Final.

Before Christmas, Fleur achieved great success in the national competition 'Dressage Riders Online Four Seasons Championships', qualifying for the semi-finals which took place at the end of January.

Fleur’s mum Nicola said: ‘We knew that the scores would be extremely close and whatever happened we told Fleur that she had done amazingly well to get as far as she had. The results were issued earlier this week and we are delighted to announce that Fleur won! Whilst it was close, she was placed first in the semi-final and she was also the highest placed junior again.

‘The final is due to take place this month and we are all very excited - Fleur and Betty are practising hard.’
