Girls Enthralled by Interactive Roman Workshop

Tuesday, 28 March 2017

  • Roman Visitor

Year 4 pupils in Hesketh House, the Junior Girls' School at Bolton School were enthralled to participate in an interactive Roman workshop.

Learning about life in Roman Britain was brought to life as the children dressed as centurions, handled artefacts and asked and answered questions. Their sense of enquiry and fascination was evident throughout the entire morning. The workshop served to enhance their Learning Challenges History, Geography, Art and RS topic.
