"The classic Bolton School combination is hard work, good friends, challenging and thought-provoking teaching, a healthy desire to puncture the self-important and the sense that you can work hard to achieve things in life. "

Jujitsu proves a hit with Junior Girls

Monday, 01 December 2008

One option open to Bolton Junior Girls is that of taking up the martial art of jujitsu.  The club is very popular and is lead by Sensei Andy.  The girls enjoy it as they are able to increase their self-confidence, to think faster and to build up strength and agility in a friendly and encouraging environment.  Pupils strive to achieve the highest possible grades that they can.  Pictured are girls with their new certificates of achievement and belts.  Isabel Howard was the proud winner of the Star Student Award.
