Netball Team Wins a JIS Plate

Bolton School hosted this year's annual AJIS Netball Tournament at the Leverhulme Pavilion and came away as the Plate winners. Twenty three teams entered the competition from twenty one schools and some outstanding netball was played.

The Girls' Division Year 6 A team lost its first game but, after that, won all its remaining games and overcame Stockport in the final to claim this year's Plate.

Mrs Critchley, Acting Head of the Junior School, said: "Congratulations to the girls who have played some great netball and, also, a big thank you to Mrs Dunne who has put a lot of work into organising today's tournament."
