String Quartet Wins Gold at Ramsbottom Music Festival

The Junior Girls’ String Quartet recently performed in the string ensemble category at the Ramsbottom Music Festival in March. The group of four Year 6 musicians was made up of Ananya Ajit, Martha Brennan, Kelly Chae, and Jasmine Curtis-Walker on the cello.

Their impressive performance achieved first place in the competition!

As winners in their category, the girls went on to perform at a celebration concert which was held a week later at Greenmount United Reformed Church.
