"Reluctantly, I wait for the holidays to come. I love coming to school. I am still doing cross country...the reason why I started was because Jessica Ennis inspired me."

Nursery Nominated for National Award

Thursday, 12 May 2016

Bolton School’s Nursery has been nominated for the national ‘Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award’ in the National Apprenticeships Awards 2016!

The Nursery and its staff have been nominated by Bolton College for their ongoing Apprenticeship programme. The Awards are run by the National Apprenticeship Service and aim to recognise the top apprenticeship employers and apprentices across England. The Employers category celebrates businesses that have integrated apprenticeships into the organisation, enjoyed an exemplary contribution from the involvement of apprentices, and shown a great success in their involvement with apprenticeship programmes.

Winners will be announced later in the year at a national celebration event. The very best employers will be honoured with inclusion in the list of the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers.

It is a wonderful achievement to have the Nursery staff’s hard work and commitment recognised with a nomination for this prestigious national award.
