Boys Enjoy Classics Success
Wednesday, 16 March 2011
Pupils from Years 7-11 at Bolton School Boys' Division have recorded some excellent victories at this year's Manchester Classical Association Reading Competition.
Of the three categories that the School entered, there were joint winners in two: Adam Woolley was joint winner of the GCSE Greek category and Tim Varghese was joint winner of the GCSE Latin category.
In addition, Tom Hill and Jonathan Kent were commended in the GCSE Greek category and Aman Kumar was commended in the Beginners' Latin category.
Congratulations to all nine boys who entered as they behaved admirably and were excellent representatives for the school.
