Changing the Face of Men’s Health

Monday, 30 November 2015

Once again teachers in Bolton School Boys’ Division have taken part in the Movember campaign which sees men growing moustaches in the month of November to raise money and awareness about men’s health issues. The Movember Foundation is funding research and services to help men and boys stay mentally healthy, to help in the fight against testicular and prostate cancer and to help improve the quality of life for men living with these diseases.

The Movember campaign is now in its 12th year, after originating in Australia it has grown to become a global movement involving millions of participants from across the World. Over the years it has raised hundreds of millions of pounds in order to improve men's health.
