Old Boy Registers Historic Same-Sex Marriage

Old Boy Steven Lord, who is now Camden's Deputy Superintendent Registrar, became part of history this weekend. At one minute past midnight on Saturday, as he acted as the registrar at one of the UK's first same-sex marriage ceremonies.

The service was conducted by the Mayor of Camden, Councillor Jonathan Simpson, alongside Steven and a second Registrar, Tania Uddin. The marriage of Sean Adl-Tabatabai and Sinclair Gray Treadway took place at Camden Town Hall.
