"My son was very lucky to be offered a bursary at Bolton School. We had worked hard for this chance and we are grateful every day for the opportunity that attending Bolton has already given Oscar."

Old Friends Reconnect at 1940s and 1950s Reunion

Thursday, 29 May 2014

One hundred and forty Old Boys and Old Girls who left in the 1940s and 1950s, plus a couple of alumni from the 1930s classes, returned to Bolton School to remember and reminisce.

The guests had drinks and a good chat in the Riley Centre, before heading off to walk the corridors and look into the classrooms – including ‘crossing the divide’ to explore the other Division! They then enjoyed Afternoon Tea in the Arts Centre, which they remembered as the old Swimming Pool from their school days!
