"When I return to Bolton School to talk to pupils about entrepreneurship, my message is to 'go for it'. This is an attitude that I had instilled in me during my time at the school where my curiosity was fuelled and I became interested in ideas."

School Orchestra Performs for Clarendon Primary School

Monday, 15 June 2015

Bolton School’s Joint Junior Orchestra’s second performance of the year was a Community Music performance at Clarendon Primary School.

The group, comprising students from Years 6-9 performed three pieces; Country Gardens, Nobody’s Business and Overture to the Barber of Seville. As part of the morning, the Joint Junior Orchestra also invited students from the audience to join in; the Clarendon students performed a percussion ostinato to Nobody’s Business and some ukelele chords in Country Gardens.

Led by Year 8 student Chloe Tsang, the group’s performance was of a very high standard and was a wonderful opportunity to showcase their efforts and development as an ensemble this year.
