Year 11 pupils had a fabulous trip to Slattery's Patissier and Chocolatier. The girls attended a chocolate-making course, during which they learned about the history of chocolate making, how to temper chocolate and jade their own truffles and festive chocolate treats.

The Food and Nutrition Department is very grateful that the girls had the opportunity to attend this valuable experience.
