"When I return to Bolton School to talk to pupils about entrepreneurship, my message is to 'go for it'. This is an attitude that I had instilled in me during my time at the school where my curiosity was fuelled and I became interested in ideas."

Christmas Jumpers Spread Cheer for Save the Children

Friday, 12 December 2014

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Bolton School – especially since staff and students across the Girls’ Division donned their Christmas jumpers to raise money as part of Save the Children’s ‘Christmas Jumper Day’ campaign! The Sixth Form boys also got into the spirit of the season to take part in Christmas Jumper Day.

Pupils paid £1 each to wear the Christmas jumpers, with all of the money raised going to Save the Children.

Some wore jumpers emblazoned with Christmas puddings or Christmas trees, others with Santas or reindeer, robins or snowflakes, Olaf the snowman from Disney’s Frozen, and many more brightly coloured designs! Several of the girls even went the extra mile to wear tinsel headdresses or Christmas-themed hats.
