Girls are Netball Town Champions

The Bolton School U14 Netball Team are Town Champions.

The girls remained unbeaten in the Bolton Schools’ tournament to take the title, beating Harper Green, Little Lever, Canon Slade, St James’s and Sharples on the way. In the semi final they beat Mount St Joseph’s 10-3 and in the final they faced Turton. The final was a close match but the Bolton girls emerged with a 4-2 victory to become Town Champions.

Results:

V Harper Green - won 6-1

V Little Lever – won 5-1

V Canon Slade – won 7-2

V St James’s – won 7-2

V Sharples – won 6-4

Semi Final V Mount St Josephs – Won 10-3

Final V Turton – won 4-2

Overall finished 1st
