Girls Share Wallwork Sport Trophy

Wednesday, 06 July 2016

This year the Wallwork trophy was awarded to Amy Chicken, Mabel Horridge and Maddie Kennedy in Year 9. The annual award is made at the end of Year 9 to a pupil or pupils who have demonstrated outstanding skill and commitment in a range of sports across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9). The three girls between them have represented the school in no less than seven sports activities during this time including netball, lacrosse, swimming, cross country, tennis, athletics and rounders.
Liz Wallwork was an accomplished all round sports woman who donated the trophy when she left Bolton School to acknowledge those girls who, like her, had been involved in a wide range of sports.
