Year 10 pupil Harriet Dickens has been selected to attend the upcoming Great Britain Under 17 water polo training camps. She hopes that a successful experience will lead to her playing for Great Britain’s squad in August.

She has previously been called up for the Under 14 girls’ England National Water Polo Academy when she was in Year 7, and was invited to join the A Team at the Under 16 North West regional water polo academy in Year 8.

This year, Harriet was one of three recipients of the School’s prestigious Wallwork Trophy alongside fellow Year 10 pupils Ella Brophy and Jade Sprott. The Trophy recognises outstanding commitment to a broad range of sports throughout Key Stage 3.
