Water polo players Lucy Blenkinship and Amelia Crompton in Year 9 and Emily Whalley in Year 10 played for the North West in the recent Inter-Regional Water Polo Championships, helping their team to win the competition overall. Lucy was also named the most valuable player (MVP).

Despite their young age, both Lucy and Amelia also play for Tyldesley in the first division of the Women’s National League.

The win continues an impressive run of success that Bolton School’s water polo players have been enjoying this term.
