Phoebe Hurt, a Bolton School Girls’ Division Y13 student, won national honours this summer when she had the honour of representing the Welsh Lacrosse team at the Home Internationals in Edinburgh.

Phoebe was selected to represent her country and compete against England and Scotland, and follows in her older sister’s footsteps, Millie Hurt, on the international stage.

PE Teacher Miss Donaghy said: 'This was a great opportunity for Phoebe to compete against players much older than herself and experience the elite level of lacrosse. We wish her congratulations and continued success throughout the season.'
