Bolton School Sixth Form Girls
Girls Go Gold 2018
In September 2018, Bolton School Girls' Division hosted the northern Girls Go Gold conference, one of two events organised in conjunction with the Girls' School Association (GSA) to show where sport can take you. Pupils in Years 10 to 13 who are elite sportswomen or studying PE attended the conference. They were inspired by keynote speakers Beth Tweddle and Eilish McColgan and enjoyed a range of sessions held at Bolton School and the University of Bolton, showcasing a wide range of routes into careers revolving around sport.
