She is married with three teenagers. She attended Bolton School from 1991 – 1998 and was Deputy Head Girl. She studied French and Spanish at school and Leeds University (to Masters level) then went on to become a Chartered Accountant.

Théa has been working since she was 16 in various roles before starting at her current Firm in Corporate Tax where she has enjoyed an 18.5 year career (and counting) in a number of departments. The golden thread throughout her life is her passion for people and positivity and we are delighted she can share this with us in the third Platt Fisher Lecture.
