The A Level and GCSE results achieved each year by our students place us among the top independent schools in the country.
The real difference a Bolton School education makes is that students of all abilities achieve half a grade better here than they would at other schools. This “value added” is a nationally calculated comparison that is much more meaningful to both parents and students than other external measures of our results.
Our focus on realising potential, alongside stimulating curiosity and a love of learning, nurtures students to become confident and happy young people who go on to thrive in adult life. Virtually all of our students go on to some form of Higher Education following A Levels, after receiving the School’s support to apply for university and degree apprenticeships both in the UK and abroad.
